Biography:

(b. 1962) Professor of Visual Arts; his art practice includes printmaking, painting and drawing. Since 1986, associated with the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. Head of Department of Printmaking; 2002-2008, Dean of the Faculty of Graphic Arts. Jury member of numerous national and international competitions, including: Polish Print Triennial, Katowice International Print Triennial in Krakow, Chairman of the Qualifying Panel, IMPRINT 2008. Curator of many exhibitions of Polish graphic art. He received many awards and ho Read Morenors, including the Grand Prix in the competition for the Günter Grass Foundation Daniel Chodowiecki Prize (2007), Prix de la Ville Sarcelles, 13th Biennial in Sarcelles, France (2007), Grand Prix of IV International Drawing Competition in Wrocław (2009).
