Caroline Ariane Bergeron is a French-Canadian artist based in Montreal. Since graduating from Concordia University in 2013, she has pursued her training in ceramics, printmaking, and textile construction. She uses slow working methods, preferring analogue technologies to their contemporary equivalents. Through her conscientious practice, she proposes an alternative approach to the growth ideology and fast pace of today’s world. Using alternately sculpture, installation, printed art, and artist's books, she addresses Read More themes of language, intimacy, and resilience. She has participated in numerous residencies and exhibitions throughout Canada as well as in Europe. Her work is part of the Heritage Collection of Prints and Artists’ Books of Bibliothèque et Archives nationales du Québec (BAnQ) as well as the City of Montreal Art Collection.
