Diana Orinda Burns

I make prints, because I love printmaking. It is infinitely open-ended. It has a will of its own. Every mark you make has it’s consequences, bad or good. It allows me to put my images into a variable and unpredictable context, each print a unique reflection of my vision and opening new pathways to follow. The print for this exhibition is inspired by landscape, and is a translation of drawing to print. My work has been exhibited in Canada, United States of America, Japan, China, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Po Read Morertugal, New Zealand and Australia.
