Theresa Taylor works from her studio in north-western England and also as an artist at Artlab Contemporary Print Studios, University of Central Lancashire. Her background spans Fine Art (BA (hons) and MA Fine Art) and also post graduate trainings in Art Therapy and Psychotherapy. She worked for many years as a Psychotherapist in the NHS, UK. Her work is experimental and is usually made as a single piece, rather than print editions. Her work is underpinned by psychoanalytic principles and appropriates metaphors and influences from the natural world - in order to explore human emotional/psychological experiences.
