Algimantas Povilas Kaveckis (Gargzdai, Lithuania) has received his BA of history from Vilnius university, Lithuania in 2013. He participated in the post graduate program of interdisciplinary printmaking in the Eugeniusz Geppert Academy of Art and Design in Wroclaw, Poland in 2014 – 2015. His works were exhibited in various group shows in Szewska Pasja Gallery, Wroclaw, Poland; Berlin blue art space, Berlin, Germany. Furthermore, his works took part in the 4th Graphic Art Biennial of Szeklerland in Romania and in Ne Ler Maiso: printprize 2016 in Bolton, United Kingdom. Algimantas works are created by manipulations of reality through the images. His main working tool is photography which allows to construct different perception of reality. Artist's works are strongly affected by minimalism and abstraction.
