Sérgio Portugal was born in Lisbon, Portugal, in 1954. Painter and engraver.  Training in lithography and etching at the Portuguese Engravers Co-operative (Gravura) and Engravers Association of Amadora, 1989 and 1990. Degree in etching and lithography at the RHOK Fine Arts Academy, Brussels, 2001/2009.  Exhibitions in Portugal, France, Belgium, Italy and Bosnia and Herzegovina.  Prize: Taylor Foundation (Paris) for etching at the Salon des Artistes Français, Art Capital 2019
